Kandace partners with families and their nannies to create personalized routines and play experiences that support a child’s development and fit naturally into the household. Drawing on her master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and more than 20 years of childcare and teaching experience, she offers practical guidance and tools to help caregivers feel confident and prepared.
Services may include an in-home consultation and observation, a personalized daily routine, play and learning activity recommendations, playroom and toy organization guidance, nanny coaching, and follow-up support. Routines are flexible and responsive to each child’s needs.

Career Coaching is designed to help nannies and educators explore their next step, including a transition into high-profile work. Share your current experience so you and Kandace can discuss the most appropriate program.
What does the certificate represent?
The Polished Nanny Certification program culminates in a certificate of completion from The Polished Nanny. It represents completion of this program; it does not replace any role-specific qualifications a family or agency may require.
Does training include a guaranteed placement?
No. Graduates in good standing may be considered for referrals, as described in the program, but a referral or job placement is not guaranteed.
How are sessions scheduled?
Ask about current availability, meeting format, and session dates during your discovery conversation. Scheduling details can be discussed before you commit to a program.
